“The service was good, however the ring arrived in a very plain box. We had ordered previously 2 months earlier and the quality of the boxes for the 3 rings was excellent. Bit disappointed with the latest box. Also the ring had scratches on it which needed to be buffed out. Some of which we were unable to remove.”

Due to current stock issues, we’ve had to temporarily change the ring boxes we’re using, but we hope to resolve this very soon. We completely understand how important presentation is and regret that the box didn’t meet your expectations this time.

A bit disappointed that the writing is on such a slant,I thought would have been straighter,I have had the same item in the past but this was a replacement as the writing on the previous one faded completely .Its a perfect match to my husbands writing but feel
It could have been positioned better .Also I measured my wrist and thought I had ordered the correct size ,however this isn’t a particularly snug fit ,it’s rather loose but I can live with that I guess as I may have measured incorrectly .”
