“The item is lovely looking and fast delivery but I am so so disappointed that I can only fit maybe 1/4 teaspoon if that of ashes in to the urn. Just so disappointed and just seems hardly worth the effort and upset and expense doing it. Honestly I really would consider an alternative option for your loved one. I expected the whole rose to be full of my nanas ashes and it literally was two of the spoons provided which was no bigger than my little finger nail. So disappointed!”

We would like to apologise for any confusion when placing your order. The design of this pendant was changed slightly between your first and second order, and while the website and images were updated accordingly, we are sorry if this was not noticed at the time of ordering. Regarding the ashes within the piece, we can confirm that all of our beautiful resin pieces are created with the ashes discreetly placed at the base of the pendant before being layered with crystal, so that they are not clearly visible within the piece.
We can see that you have spoken with our dedicated customer service team, and we're very pleased that we were able to reach a resolution with you are happy with.
