“I had this bought for me as a present. It does look lovely. But when I received it and was checking how to care for my jewellery I was very disappointed that it is only plated and not solid silver. So I personally think it’s very expensive for what it is”

We can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 5th working day after it was placed, which is in line with the service chosen at checkout, and it was sent on our standard 48-hour service. We apologise if there was any confusion regarding the dispatch dates.

“The service was good, however the ring arrived in a very plain box. We had ordered previously 2 months earlier and the quality of the boxes for the 3 rings was excellent. Bit disappointed with the latest box. Also the ring had scratches on it which needed to be buffed out. Some of which we were unable to remove.”

Due to current stock issues, we’ve had to temporarily change the ring boxes we’re using, but we hope to resolve this very soon. We completely understand how important presentation is and regret that the box didn’t meet your expectations this time.
