“I was looking for a 1 project RAMS package to fit the Project I was about to start. This fitted the bill perfectly as it is a small project for 6 tradesmen. The setup was very straightforward to follow. Client was very happy with the RAMS. I will definitely be using this again. At this stage 1 project at a time. Sub-contract mostly then a few projects over the year. Fits my purpose exactly.”

“I previously used the Chas system which for a sole trader was difficult enough but this new system is way to complex. For small organisation its a complete nightmare as geared to large organisations who have people whos jobs are to do this H+S processes but for small outfits this is in addition to the day job. Not user friendly, not set up for small jobs and is very cumbersome.”

“This software is just what we needed. it's simple to navigate and record all of our training. When auditors come we do not have to search through filing cabinets for someones records they are easily accessible in a few clicks. The team which helped us set everything up Joanna and Roshni were great. Thanks a lot to you all.”

“I needed a RAMS document and I've never done one before. HandsHQ allowed me to put together a professional-looking document in a few days. Very impressed with the website. I will use it again if I need another one-off RAMS document. The ability to subscribe for just one month was perfect for my needs.”

“I signed up to the HandsHQ monthly subscription thinking that I would be able to produce a CPP - it was not clear on the website that this is only possible on an Annual Pro license. In the help section there is a question in there that deals with this but it is buried deep. I think this is misleading and a deliberate tactic by HandSHQ - it should be more transparent. Or, there should be an option to purchase this function as a one off/an upgrade with in the monthly packages in line with the level of subscription.”

We only offer the CPP templates on our Pro Annual package as an add-on to the RAMS, since setting up the additional module and template is a manual process. “Perfect for what I needed. We have a one off barn conversion project and it allowed me to select tick boxes, pay £36 and download 160 pages of risk assessment and method statements as a PDF. I then edited it a bit by hand but SO much better than trying to invent it all from scratch.”
