“One product was incorrectly sent - which meant I had to return the incorrect item, so also returned another item too & went to the store instead. Disappointing as I had to pay return fees.”

“A pair of trousers I ordered was out of stock. I received a personal email asking me if I would like a replacement in a different colour way (which matched the top I had ordered). I was very impressed with the speed of Hanro's enquiry and accepted the exchange. The delivery was very quick and I received text updates asking if I needed to change delivery time or place. A very pleasant transaction.”

“Easily accessible shop from either Oxford St or Bond St, the distance being meters (yards) from the either direction. The exit from Bond St underground is on Oxford St and no further away. The Hanro store is well lit and not too big, with a friendly and knowledgeable Hanro attendee on hand to answer questions and help.”
