“The goods I purchased were all too large I returned them immediately asking for an exchange for smaller sizes , which they had in stock., Had to chase them days later as I had had no confirmation of return, was reassured they were dealing with it but 11 days later still none the wiser!”

“i had to call customer service a couple of time. completely satisfied. parcel arrived quickly. the trousers fit well. they are very nice. i did not really like the ribbon stripe down the sides since is puckers up when sewn to a stretchy fabric. overall OK.”

“A very pleasant and easy to use website. Ordering and delivery were smooth and on time and the items were well packaged with not too much plastic. I have phoned in the recent past with queries about sizing/availability of items and the staff were really helpful. And, as always, lovely quality products.”

“Very good . Better description of product ie close up photo of fabric . Recently ordered some bras but impossible to tell,from photo how thin this fabric would be. In the end had to send back (and I had to pay postage) because fabric was too revealing.”

“I have worn Hanro underwear for many years as they are superbly comfortable. The designs are good and the material never fades no matter how many washes items go through. In short, I do not choose to buy other makes.........why would I?”
