“Placed an order for 3 items paid for 3 then the next day had a message that 1 item could not be sent. I was disappointed as I really wanted this item. I had to pay for delivery. If some one from customer services had contacted me I would have chosen another item. What I did receive were lovely.”

“Excellent in every way. However, l do find that on the web site the contrast between the sizes available and those not is not very clear. I am not visually impaired, but those who are would really struggle. It would be helpful also to show exactly how many of the particular sizes are available when stocks are low. It is frustratingly slow waiting to see availability. I hope this helps.”

“My order arrived in time and all OK. However I also received a catalogue and cannot find a couple of items in there I cannot find on the website? Please Hanro - I sent a mail about it but received no reply!”

“I love Hanro products. All things I have bought have retained their high quality and lovely look for years. However, I was disappointed when I was informed that the thing I had ordered and paid for online was not available in my size. Though I understand it is due to final sales point.”

“Nightdress lovely, however, the smell when unwrapped was almost musty. I hung it up to allow fresh air to circulate but even after 3 days still smelt so had to wash it. For such an expensive item very surprised this was an issue.”
