“I received the underwear fairly promptly unfortunately I had to return them as they were on the small side and have requested the same underwear but in a larger size - I am still waiting for my replacement. My score would have been 'very good' if the postage was cheaper or free including the return postage.”

“Very friendly and helpful advice given over the phone. Arranged the purchase and everything worked really well. Everything we’ve bought from Hanro has been first class, and when we’ve got the size wrong or had other problems they are very good at exchanging or correcting problems. First class!”

“Hanro have the best quality underwear which is comfortable and practical. The underwear is also long lasting and washes well. Good foundations are essential. You can additionally update your wardrobe by making some basic additions using vest tops as layering underneath sweaters.”

“I had a good deal of trouble trying to find an English speaking partner for Hanro and there it was in the UK. I love the men's briefs and their quality. I would like to see the full colour range however, I see in Germany there is a green that you do not stock. I cannot fault the speed of your delivery or indeed, the wonderfully packaged delivery. I would also like Hanro to have better images of what it offers in men's underwear, some of it is a bit dry in styling and image - but perfect in fit and supreme quality, there is a misfit, and some of it might be in translation. Very happy with the uk store and definitely will be purchasing from you again. Cailein”
