“The service was very poor. They promised next day delivery, however the goods did not arrive until the third day after the order was placed. I emailed on the second day after delivery, no satisfaction. The only reason I used the service was because of the “ next day delivery “ promise.”

“Quality garments and very comfortable. Expensive but given the build quality, attention to detail and excellent customer service, this makes all the difference and makes the expense with the while. After sales service is also very good. Hanro are happy to refund or exchange if there are any issues.”

“I find the store really easy to use, and love that there are so many images of the products. I usually access on my iPhone and my only slight criticism is that when you select a colour, it is not easy to see which sizes are in / out of stock. Products came beautifully wrapped and feel luxurious to wear.”

“I buy regularly from Hanro. Every product arrives swiftly, perfectly packaged and wrapped in tissue. The quality of the underwear is superb and super comfortable. I love the leisure wear, the trousers ( in grey ) are excellent and so easy to wear. I am a great fan of Hanro!”
