We received a letter and the damaged product back saying that in the future their product needs to be hand washed and to let it air dry on a towel. I als own their underwear. That should be a lot of fun. They offered a 20% discount on any purchase at full price. Now why would I want to buy one of their products again when I know that the company does not back it with a full guarantee?”

We received the merchandise back with a note to hand wash their products in the future and let it air dry on a towel. So to all the guys out there who wear their underwear. That should be fun! Oh, and let’s not forget they offered a 20% discount on any of their product at full price. Now why would I want to buy one of their products again?”
