“I had two problems with my order. One was I received an item I didn’t order and was shorted something I did order. Customer service immediately sent out correct product and told me to donate the wrong product. The second issue an off white jacket had black stains on it. Customer service once again replied promptly to my email and sent a replacement and it should arrive before Christmas. Mistakes happen and hapari made it easy to correct.
