“I loved my previous order, but I still haven’t received this order. Customer service just blames USPS for the delay and tracking issues. Package was scanned on 5/25 and then nothing after that. Multiple emails with customer service but nothing has been resolved.”

“I was introduced to the Hapari brand in the early 2000’s. I have purchased several of the tankinis, and there is no other swimsuit I’d ever buy! I love the prints, but my favorite part is the coverage. I have multiple suits in different sizes/prints and I can mix and match. I am a customer for life!”

I ordered a top with a couple of their things and when my ordered arrived the top was missing and someone wrote on the packing slip “refund.” I checked my account a week later and still no refund. I emailed customer service and then they told me it was being processed. I had my money back the next day, but most companies notify you before something ships that it’s out of stock.”
