I had to contact customer service with a shipping issue (my fault) and neither order had been shipped, they were able to combine my orders and refunded the shipping for one of the orders. The representative was super helpful with my issue and combining my shipping was a great bonus and very much appreciated. Received my order and everything was perfect!”

When I inquired to Hapari they basically said there is nothing they can do. Disappointed that they didn't attempt try to resolve. “The bathing suits are great quality and the customer service experience is 10 stars. I had a tanktini that fit to big on the top. It was from their $10 clearance so it wasn't returnable. I reached out to them about the fit and they sent me a $10 gift certificate. I was very pleased with that. This was my first time ordering and I'm glad I did. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
