“We have been very happy with my Happy House Sitters website & customer service. It was easy to set up and edit our profile and to communnicate with Home owners. It is also such a good way to receive references from house sits we have done. We also appreciated the frequency of new listings and ability to edit our preferred locations and availability dates.
The only improvement I would like to see is to be able to link directly into the ad from the email received, without having to log in with user name and password each time.

I would just like to see the dates of housesits included in the messages that I receive via email from potential house sittees, which would help me quickly ascertain if I am available and keep track of different potential sits without constantly referring to the website. However this is my second year of membership and once again I have not found a sit for September. One homeowner had found another sitter. Another one did not reply at all to either of my 2 messages.
I also did not find anything suitable in my 2021 attempts. Disappointing. I have found great homeowners through another website so will likely not renew again.”
“Compared to other sites, Happy House Sitters’ website is a breeze to navigate through. Up-to-date daily notifications. Only concern I have is that some homeowners fail to inform housesitters that they have been unsuccessful in acquiring the housesit .Perhaps, HHS could place a time limit for a reply from either house owner and/or housesitter.”
