“I ordered the foot measure and I can’t figure it out. The directions are very confusing amd it’s very unclear where the measurement should be. It says something about an arrow but mine has no arrow. Pretty disappointed as was hoping for an easy way to find my Children’s sho size”

Hi Alison. Thank you for your recent review. The arrow is located in the window box of the foot measurer, I have added a picture for example and this shows that the small arrow points to 16cm. We have a step by step guide located on our website (https://www.happylittlesoles.co.uk/advice/how-measure-your-feet) on how to use the foot measurer but we would also be happy to advise and help over the phone or via email if you would like to send photo's over to us. If you think your foot measurer is missing the arrow, please let us know and we will be happy to send out a replacement foot measurer. Emily.

“A Fantastic service, as always. Would be great to offer free postage on orders over certain amount as I always spend my rewards points to pay the postage which then doesn’t feel Iike a reward, if you get me :-)”

“Fabulous shoes as usual. Sent in super fast time. Happy little soles shoes are comfy first time worn by my children and last until they're grown out of them. My children feel that Bobux shoes support their feet as they run and jump, and they love the easy velcro fastenings. Happy little soles website measurements and email help have made them our favourite place to buy shoes.”

“So pleased to have found Happy Little Soles. The range of adult barefoot footwear meant I was spoilt for choice. Fast delivery and easy returns (ordered two pairs for size). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will certainly use them again. Absolutely love my Peerko empire boots. Perfect fit with adjustable laces and so comfortable...and they look great too!!”

“Easy to find the right size and our toddler loves his puddle friendly bobux shoes (Paddington boots and waterproof grass court shoes). We will be back for the next shoes in due course.”

“Whenever I phone the customer helpline I always get a friendly and professional advice and a fast service. The reason why I didn’t score 5 stars is that I could not change my order placed the night before I called as it was already processed and your team couldn’t change the delivery to next day, perhaps it’s a bit inflexible however your adviser has managed to ship it to me in time via first class.”
