“I was sent the entirely wrong item. (Ordered adult Be Lenka shoes and received children's Froddo shoes.) This is extra disappointing as the shoes I ordered were the last ones available in my size and color choice. I'm assuming they were sent to the person who ordered the Froddos, and I will never see them. I emailed Happy Little Soles about getting a refund and still haven't received a response. Will definitely never be ordering from them again.”

I am so sorry that you received the wrong item. There was an issue at the Global-e shipping hub and orders sent out on that day were mixed up and sent to the wrong customers. We didn't receive your original email, but we will contact you today to sort this out for you.
