“I love your level of service. Buying barefoot shoes online for a family of four isn’t easy. I’ve had to try out a fair few to find a good school shoe for my son and you made it easy. Thank you. We all have shoes now and you’re always my first place to try and buy barefoot from. We only look elsewhere when you don’t have what we need.”

“The process was as easy as could be. The packaging was recycled and recyclable, which is important to me. Also, the inclusion of a pre-paid returns label was reassuring. The returns process for the boots I didn't want was seamless and the boots I kept are fab.”

“I was nervous about buying shoes online, so I contacted HLS about a pair of shoes I liked the look of but wasn't sure if they were suitable for wet weather - they took the time to give an honest and helpful reply. I chose a different pair of shoes, which I love - they're perfect for me, thanks to the HLS sizing charts. As an added bonus, they arrived in 100% paper/card packaging which is super. I'm very happy, and will definitely buy more from HLS in the future.”
