You make it very easy to choose shoes for my kids - and your free returns policy makes it very easy to buy several options and return the ones we don't need. it is wonderful to have a site where i know all the shoes will be good for my kids feet - so flexible!!! “I love having a shop that I can go to to buy both my own and my little ones barefoot shoes. There is always a great selection and I’ve always been really satisfied with the shoes. The delivery is always very fast too.”

“I wanted to find boots with flexible soles so little one could explore without restriction. Happy Little Soles have lots of barefoot options easy to find with the barefoot icon. They include any custom charges in price so as an Irish customer I didn't have to worry about any customs delivery issues post-brexit. This was very convenient. Great shoes too! Bogs are very warm & comfy for my little one & he loves wearing them in muddy puddles because he stays dry. They can be machine washed too!”

“I bought two pairs of shoes for my children (same brand and style) and, unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue with the glue used and the shoes soon began to come apart. I'm giving Happy Little Soles 5* because they had a simple process for letting them know and getting me replacement shoes, and they were understanding and straightforward along the way. If there's a problem with your order, you're safe with Happy Little Soles. I'll continue to buy from them.”

“I have made several orders with HLS and the process is so easy, returns and refunds when necessary are easy and quick. Great choice of shoes, including school shoes, and great quality. Choosing the size is made easy with length indication according to brands. Very happy!”

“I phoned up to discuss the fact that my son's Froddo boots fell apart. I was told "we will deal with your email when we get to it, and send you a return slip." Basically, zero help with the issue. Next, I ordered some Be Lenka boots as a replacement, they were in stock when I ordered them. But today I got an email saying they are not actually in stock. Really, this is what I was phoning about-- I wanted you to help make sure that I would be able to find a pair of shoes for my son. Frankly, I'm not even sure why you want me to send back a broken pair of boots, I would expect most retailers to refund based on the photo I sent. I've just spoken to Ollipops and they confirm that's what they would do, and what Froddo would expect. I have ordered a replacement pair from them, and will be avoiding your store in the future where possible.”
