“Fantastic service! It only took 4 days for my order to arrive. I love my Mika boots. The other boots I ordered weren't right for me, but it was easy to send them back as there's a returns label included and I received a refund as soon as they got the boots back. I can highly recommend this company and so lovely to find such a good range in the UK rather than having to order from abroad.”

“I’ve ordered two BeLenka boots as I’m on my path of discovering barefoot footwear. I love their shoes shapes as it fits perfectly my wide toe boxes. I’ve already have one summer casual shoes from them and love it. So upon receiving the two pairs of boots I’ve ordered in different colour, I decided to keep both because they are super comfy and stylish. I look forward wider range of BeLenka brand on your website and any other wide toes shoe brands. It’s expensive now to get stuff delivered from abroad and many companies don’t except returns if you’re not in EU, so it’s quite handy to have a shop in the UK where you can order different sizes and not worry about returns.”

“In general I've been very happy, but this time I'm really disappointed. I ordered shoes on the 21st of October. I chose general shipping, but that can take up to 22-25 workdays (basically a month) and since weather was actually cooling pretty fast, I thought I had maybe needed to take the fast shipping option 5-6 days. So, I emailed them and asked if I could change this in my order. I got an email back the same day that this wasn't possible, they could only cancel my order and then I got to re-order. We all LOVE to order, so I figured I would try my luck (also the chance of somebody just hopping on the last one made me pick that, and hoped shoes would arrive in like 2 weeks rather than 4 weeks. After not hearing from shipping after 10 days, I emailed them back asking if the shoes had indeed been shipped... So, this was not the case. Because they initially pulled them out of shipping after my first email awaiting my response, and they never shipped them. I again thought about fast shipping and asked them to call me when they cancelled the order, so I could re-order right away, but they're not allowed to call internationally. I also decided that I didn't really think I had to pay extra to still receive the shoes in time. After expressing my disappointment about the way things had gone, I felt kind of turned down. They were just like, well we're sorry you feel this way. They told me that if the shoes arrive late (after the 22-25 days after first ordering), I would have to pay myself for sending them back in order to get a refund. I would have thought that a professional company would have changed shipping methods after making such a mistake in order to get them in place in time or at least offer a discount or something. I'm already years a reliable customer and I'm really really disappointed in the way things were handled.”
