“Great, fast service. Reward program actually feels like you are getting something for your custom, and the free return label is great - haven't needed it in five years of buying here though! Getting inner measurements of shoes and an idea of fit and width is very helpful.”

“Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my daughters shoes. The delivery is always extremely fast. Sometimes I’ve had an email not long after placing the order which states it has been shipped. And returns are so easy. And processed super fast. When you have a child who struggles with sensitive feet, it isn’t always easy trying on. The shoes sold though are fantastic. And they gave a really good rewards system.”

“Here in the UK, I find the choice of true barefoot shoes very limited. HLS is amazing though, and whilst they don’t supply every barefoot brand out there, they do still have a massive selection to choose from. And best of all, they supply independent size charts per brand. I’ve only had to return 1 purchase so far and that was because of foot shape and lack of width, so not related to the overall length of the shoe. Returns were easy peasy by the way. One thing I would love to see is a better selection/choice of barefoot socks/toe socks. Again, these are somewhat limited to purchase in the UK, especially Plus12, Knitido & Be Lenka. Having said that, I’ve already reached out to HLS and this is now something they are considering. Something else to bear in mind is their rewards scheme, every pound spent with them soon racks up a tidy little sim which can be offset against subsequent purchases. I recently bought some Bohempia Oriks and I got £26 off the order using my points collected.”

“As always, the shoes we bought from Happy Little Soles were perfect, our son has a very high instep and before we found H.L.S, lots of respected shoe companies told us their shoes were a good fit for him - sending him to school in professionally fitted new shoes and picking him up with bleeding feet was heart breaking! We have now had at least a dozen pairs from H..L.S, ( different styles and different brands ) and they have all been stylish, comfortable and good for him!!! We have never had to return a pair, we stick to their advice and it has worked every time. Also although not as important as happy feet, our 8 year old son loves that lots of school mums comment on his cool shoes.”

“Superb! There was a technical issue while I was checking out, so my order was cancelled, charged and marked as dispatched. Not ideal! The team were super apologetic when I contacted them about it a few days later (they were unaware that the website had experienced an issue) and allowed me to pick some other shoes as the ones I had initially bought were now out of stock. I couldn’t recommend them enough, very knowledgable, very easy to use website, and excellent service,”
