“Fabulous product and service. Items arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe expected. I also had to return one item due to it not fitting (my mistake, not theirs) and the process was super easy. The money was refunded incredibly quickly too. Thank you so much. “We are incredibly happy with the service provided, we had an issue with a missing measuring tool from our order which they immediately shipped out at their expense, communicated very promptly with us and when there was a Royal Mail delay with posting(which wasn’t their fault) they gave us a discount voucher for any inconvenience! It’s very hard to find good customer service these days but Happy Little Sole were outstanding and I will definitely buy from them again.”
