“The customer service is the best I've experienced. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she was so patient with me, and helped me through finding the right fit for a few pairs of shoes I was interested in. All the information is online but it felt a bit overwhelming to do on my own. Love that they offer free returns just in case a pair of shoes/trainers do not fit.”
