“Bought as a present, looked in all the shops first, always a bit dubious about purchasing online as I like to see/feel goods before buying, but I was delighted with the Reisenthel Extra Large Toilet Bag, as was the receiver. Be very happy to have one myself. I was indecisive about which size to go for but feel the Large is just the right size as a toilet bag (not too large). Would have no hesitation about recommending.”

“Contacted me at once re order being out of stock in the colour i wanted, gave me several solutions to my problem and then upgraded my order to first class postage so that i could have my purchase by Christmas ....which I did! All this was done without any promptings from me. I would definitely use Happybags again!”

“The only reason I have given it 3 is because I thought the handles were as long as the previous 2 that I bought a couple of months ago so probably won't be using it much as it's too short to put across my shoulder - my fault for not checking before I purchased it”

We are sorry you can't put the bag on your shoulder, the plain coloured Minimaxi bags have shorter handles than the patterned ones. If you have not yet used your bag you are most welcome to return it under our 30 day returns policy for a refund or exchange to a patterned bag.

“The service was excellent and the wheely bag arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had interpreted the photo of same as having a rigid back and handle but thought it may work for me anyway so took it to town. It was very difficult to pull once goods were in it. I won't use it again. Such a shame.”

We are sorry you did not get on well with your Folding Shopping Trolley. It does not have a rigid back as it needs to fold up into the small rectangle shape when not in use. We do have a 30 day returns policy but unfortunately cannot accept returns once an item has been used out and about. We hope that maybe in time you can find a way to get the trolley to work for you.
