Understaffed and the staff could care less about the customers. Couldn't find anybody to help me, so I just left after wasting 30 minutes of my time

Customers who came in the the store were rude and disrespectful, and would steal things and also displays. Total dirtbags!

Harbor freight sends me text messages and emails about damn near every day but whenever you go to their store, you can never tell what’s on sale. Everybody has a different coupon and you can never find the coupon for the item you need to buy. I think they should just either have a good price or not. I’m done with Harbor freight

The HFT 55 gallon trash bags are more like 35 gallon bags. Not even close. Waste of money. Back to Home Depot.

I had a Portland blower/vacuum/ mulcher that I had used for about 4 years when the low speed on the switch went out and the vacuum bag got a hole because the material deteriorated so I went to the Queen Creek, Az store and bought another one, mod# 62337, it has been redesigned and while it is still a decent blower it is a terrible Vacuum/Mulcher ( blows air out of the vacuum nozzle), and barely picks up leaves! I feel it was a waste of money!

For several years I have purchased products from Harbor Freight. I'm even an "Inside Track" member. Some products are good, some not so good; However, this is not what this review is about. I'm done with them for 1 simple reason. When Florida and North Carolina residents were and still are hurting from hurricane Helene, we heard nothing from Harbor Freight. Which is fine, they have a right not to support recovery efforts. However, as soon as the wild fires threatened Los Angeles, Harbor Freight sent out an email saying they were donating "Millions" of dollars to help the people of California. They also have the right to do this. But I, and you have the right NOT to support a business that is so obviously bias in their views.

I had a damaged product but the customer service people were so lovely and helpful! I offered to upload photos and stuff but they took my word for it and help me get sorted with the return label and replacement immediately

Went to buy a portable generator today at the Statesboro,Ga store. All sold out, but floor models on display.I was told they don’t sell floor models. So Harbor Freight would rather a family, children, old folks go without heat and lights during the snow event/inclement weather this week rather than disturb their floor models…I’m Not Impressed and hope you guys aren’t when you read this !

The prices are good BUT, they have a tendency to change suppliers and not be able to get parts, then you're stuck with a set of power yard tools that you can't get a battery for, warning, warning, warning!!!

Not sure who your marketing rep is?? Have you watched your latest commercial?? The sky is bright blue not a cloud in the sky and sun is shining bright. Kicker the parking lot is wet and a very expensive old school Ford Bronco comes in with the rag top windows roll up. Who would drive a vehicle that in the rain with the windows off

Bought a $850.00 metal working lathe and $15.00 on some cutting bits, cutting bits were useless, gave me a hard time returning them for a $15.00 credit, not even a refund. Lathe stopped working after two uses. Junk tools and equipment.

If I could chose zero stars I would! Bought a generator for $1,200. Told it had a 90 day return policy. When started it smoked and continued to start hard. Took back to the store and told them it was defective. I was offered another but refused to accept another due to the poor function of the product I was experiencing. They then told me (for the first time). That I had to pay a 20% restock fee. I explained that it was bought b ask because it was defective, not for restock. I appealed with harbor freight and was denied. They want the customer to pay for a defective product! Not them or the company that made it. I will not pay and will not do business with them again!!

I bought a product paid for it, didn’t need it, brought it unopened. And in order to get my refund I had to give my phone number, I didn’t give my phone number when I bought it. And not everyone has a phone, this was your Stillwater,mn store. I’ve never need harbor freight before and I don’t need them no more, most of your products are not that good any how. Most of your products are china junk

At the Gainesville, Georgia location, the cashier asked for my phone number and accused me of being rude when I refused to give it. I was having a hard time hearing anything she said, so I asked her to to speak louder which only infuriated her more. I bought two 10" wheels and she didn't bag them. When I asked for a bag, she said they wouldn't fit. Really? I know that a 10" round wheel will fit in a standard sized plastic bag, but it wasn't worth the hassle to argue with her. After that experience, I appreciate self checkouts and ordering from Amazon to avoid these rude employees. I could have avoided the entire ordeal buy paying a few dollars more on Amazon.

I asked for help with circle saw blades. The guy said it will be a few minutes. I waited in the blade isle for 20+ minutes and no one came. I asked again and he said he would find someone but after 15 minutes I left and went somewhere else. I beleive the person I asked was a manager and at the cash register. A GOOD MANAGER WOULD MAKE SURE SOMEONE CAME OVER AND NOT FORGET.

I will never shop at the Harbor Freight in Greenville ever again I gave them a second chance but these guys are as rudest can be if you're asking them a question they're walking while you're talking to them and they give you one word answers this is the third time this has happened to me in this store different employees so I guess the quality of employees they hire is not concerning
