“I bought a 4375 predator geni in February 2023. I hate to say this b/c of the value price should rise as a result. I ran that geni everyday until April of 2025. Everyday not one day missed. I only took it back b/c something broke I couldn't fix without a mechanic which the warranty covered. I changed the oil every month. Broke the pull strong once. Had to do a tune up twice. That's all. I might be a lucky customer but I give em a 5 out of 5 for dependability, warranty , and service with no hassle. Great place gone there for over 20 years and enjoy it everytime I'm there. It's like the toy store for adults. Thanks harbor freight”

“Harbor Freight Tools have come a long way. I have been impressed with the quality as of late. For instance I just purchased the Grant's 5pc Power Drill Brush Detailng Kit for only $7.99. I already own multiple 3 pc Drill Brush Power Scrubber sets that go for $18.95. & a comperable Drill Brush 5pc set is $27.99. Bottom line... I can't tell the difference in the quality of the Grants and the Power Brush sets.”

“Returned an air compressor thinking it did not work. The staff at the Kalamazoo location was very helpful and exchange was made. My apologies. All I needed to do was heat my garage! Thank you for understanding.”

“There's a guy that works there named Jack that went above and beyond to help me find stuff. People like this is what makes a company great. Nowadays it's hard to find someone that actually cares and wants to help. I hope Harbor Freight realizes what they have and take good care of this man.”

“I shopped at HarborFreight today and had a pleasant experience because of one employee mostly. The cashier Joana was extremely helpful and professional letting me know where the products I was looking for were located. After picking up my items he checked me out explaining the discounts each item qualified for. I also noticed he was also helping other customers in the same manner. He's definitely an asset. Nice job!”

“It’s about time that they got some employees that actually care about their customers. It’s so nice to go in today and have a young man that suggested a better. Buy metal holesaw instead of the kit. Usually they don’t even come and help you and he help me pick out something that was way better. A little more expensive, but I’d rather do that and have it last a lot longer. Thank you so much.”

“On several occasions, I have asked the assistance of his worker named LEON in Harbor Freight Tools (located in Tarrytown Road, NY branch) and despite seeing him very busy, he took the time to help and give me advice on some of their goods and if not available in their store, he was not selfish to provide me some suppliers/stores where I could obtain the item. As an elderly he was so patient and perhaps he think that I needed more help than the other customers. He knows how to deal with his customers well and I wish other staff will follow his example. I hope the management could recognize his worth.”

“It is interesting that some people use a product and then try to claim it doesn't work. Harbor Freight doesn't rent tools. I have had great luck with all the tools i have purchased. Too many entitled Karens/Kens running around with nothing better to do.”

“Quality tools hands down. Restocking fees are normal with many brands, if it's unopened the fee is waived, same for if you are returning to purchase an upgraded item, or exchanging it for another of the same.”

“My husband and myself stopped in the Valdosta, GA store #00294 this evening to get a bench grinder and other items and the store associate Keleda greeted us with the most infectious smile and also brought us a buggy after seeing many other items that we wanted to purchase. She was very friendly, knew the store well and gave great direction on where items were located. I rarely give reviews, but the wonderful customer service was so refreshing and to see that beautiful smile while checking out, really brightened my mood. I could not pass on the opportunity to express how great this employee is at her job! Someone needs to show her some recognition and give that lady a raise! I myself would love to say she was one of my employees. Thanks again Keleda! It was a real pleasure meeting you.”

“I happened to buy some welding supplies in the Poughkeepsie, NY today. I was greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to guide me to my products. The store (#340) was very clean and isles were neatly defined. I also used the bathroom and it was clean also. This store is well managed. Carl J. Verderber, Rhinebeck, NY PS- Of course the products were quality and affordable.”
