About Hardware & Handles:

Hardware and Handles was launched by F R Scott Ltd, to expand the ironmongery side of its business online.

Formed in 1945, F R Scott Limited is the largest independent ironmongers in the Hull area. Operating from a 30,000 square feet warehouse in Hull City Centre, we supply architectural and builders' ironmongery, fasteners and tools to industry, builders, engineers and the public throughout East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.

“I ordered some door handles online and they arrived with a day or two… unfortunately these were no fit for purpose so I had to return them. Still waiting for my refund tho”

Hi Alison Thanks for your positive review! We processed your refund on 19th August - the same day we received the goods back. However, Apple Pay refunds take 5-10 working days to be processed, so this means you should have it in the next day or two. Please contact us if this doesn't happen & we'll investigate further. “I was delighted with the satin nickel door handles and cupboard knobs that I bought. The Art Deco style door handles look terrific and the quality is obvious. The range of products and finishes on H&H's website is outstanding, the prices are very competitive, and delivery was very quick with everything well-packaged. I made a small error when I placed my order, and contacted H&H the next day hoping to correct things before despatch. They responded almost immediately to confirm the order had been amended - very reassuring!”
