“I do not believe that anyone takes any interest in the responses to these reviews. I have religiously completed the "post-match" reviews for the last couple of years and have made criticisms and improvement suggestions, but nothing has come of them and nobody has ever taken the trouble to reply to me. Is anybody there? Or, do you just collate the above ratings, tell the staff what a great job they are doing (proved by the statistics!!!!) and then just bin the rest of it.”

“I love the retro styled t-shirts so would like to see some more of those. How about some high quality brand gear with a discrete Quin's logo? Teaming up with the likes of Barbour, Hackett, Eden Park, Hilfiger etc would be amazing. As an online shopping experience I'd say it was average when compared to the majority of clothing sites. That said, it is WAY better than it was when I last looked 12 months ago.”

“We had problems getting one of the items we had ordered ( manufacturing issues). We were informed, updated and in the end given an alternative. All of our order has now been delivered and we are very happy with the quality and sizing. I wish more web sites/customer services were so customer orientated and understanding. We will be purchasing again.”

“This is the first time that I have placed an order with the Harlequins shop. One of the items on special offer was out of stock but this was explained to me. The communication was excellent. The other item, a jersey polo was exactly as described, great quality, correct size and well packed. So top marks from me and I will certainly use the shop again. Highly recommended. Thank You.
