“After an initial issue in terms of what was in stock and what wasn't, they went out of their way to help and split my order at no cost to get goods to me immediately and also delayed delivery on goods which were coming into stock whilst I was away. Ultimately a very good experience.”

“I ordered 4 items, in 2 separate of 2 each. I did, however, order them within a day of each other. The first 2 items arrived very promptly, and someone was home to receive the order. The 2nd batch have not arrived and I am not sure where they are other than to suspect that the note through the door from Hermes is an attempted delivery. I am not sure though as no reference number was left and it is not addressed to me. So, a comment against your delivery team, not the Quins shop, which is excellent.”

“Order HARLS008763 The service I have received is simply exceptional. I originally ordered a match fit shirt, size XXL. The shirt which arrived was considerably smaller than I had anticipated. I contacted the customers service team and explained my predicament. Your ref Ellie was incredibly helpful and advised you were waiting on confirmation of the sizing for this product as it differed standard sizing. Ellie kept me fully updated of the progress of this enquiry and subsequently called me on Friday to advise of the correct sizing and sent it to me first class post which duly arrived on Saturday. the shirt is superb quality and great value. The service i have received from start to finish has been nothing short of sensational, so thank you Ellie and thank you Quins!”

“Hello Thank you for the shirt. It's awesome and I love it. I would only say, they order took a lot longer then before to get to me. It was meant to be 5 days but took just over two weeks. I had to call up and ask what was happening. It would have been good to get a email from you telling why the order was taking longer. Other then this. Thank you very much. The shirt is great”
