“The item I ordered was not dispatched for over a week, I had to email them to ask when I could expect delivery. To be fair the lady got back to me and said there had been a delay with dispatching the item, and I did receive it when she said I would. I would use HC again as the item I ordered was lovely. .”

“I needed the bowl I had ordered quickly, as it was for a birthday present. That didn’t prove a problem to Harrison Cooper and the bowl arrived in a couple of days, carefully wrapped, no chips in the China during transportation, and it is everything and more than I expected. It is very reasonably priced and I am delighted with it. Thank you to Harrison Cooper and your staff, for the great service, I’ll be back!”

“Bought a beautiful wooden heart. Had emails confirming my purchase, another thanking me for my purchase and then another informing me of delivery. Everything happened as stated , including how to return if I was unhappy with my purchase. Thankfully I had no need of this, as I was delighted. I would use them again!”
