From the arrival on site to the quote, to the lovely office lady Rhee, who keeps us up to date with the order/installation, and also your installer...You all are such a great team. There was a slight delay with carpet, but we easily found a solution and the professionalism your team provided, top notch!! YOur carpet installer, TOP NOTCH!! “EASY! Carpet SEEMS like such a huge expense but I am so glad we finally did it! Carpet installed last Friday and it was so easy. To start with, as I recall it took a couple of weeks for the first appointment but that was quick and easy. The quote was fantastic, about half as much as I thought it would cost to put in carpet. 10K for a full 4 bedroom house with 2 lounges and closets and an upgrade in underlay. They were very accommodating with dates, changing without a problem when we weren't ready at the beginning, holding our carpet for a couple of months, which I am sure was a pain for them!! But we really appreciated their understanding. Installation-the installers were great and did a fantastic job. They sent 3 and had it all done in less than 7 hours. You should do it!”

“The whole process went smoothly & was stress free. Jeremy was really good to deal with when it came to choosing carpet type & colour. Andrew did a very good job laying our carpet in one day by himself. I would use them again & can recommend them with no hesitation.”

“The carpet has stretched . The underlay has separated and all the joins show . The carpet stains despite good stain management .we thought this carpet would last us our lifetime.we had retired so we have to live with it .I’m embarrassed by it the only thing that was right with it was the colour . We were ill advised about the quality and fitting.its a big lounge and has a join from one end to the other that was visible and chose the wrong carpet , wrong quality supposed to be extra hard wearing now it’s . Wrong fitter (Harrison supplied ) Never again . I it’s such a big investment I would advise going to the best and getting their advice .”

“Jeremy and his team surpassed my expectations, they were prompt and went above and beyond to ensure my floor was down for guests arriving from Spain. I should add this was over the Christmas period when most companies would've said after xmas, but they made it happen and I'm over the moon with the result. The floor colour is amazing and the guy that laid the floor very professional. Top notch job done, thank you so much.”

“Jeremy and all his team, be that from the office to the layer, were fabulous. All were great with communication, helpful in working out the best type of flooring suitable for our kitchen/dining area as well as choosing the right shade and design of the laminate planks. We were super pleased with the whole process and the flooring was completed to a high standard. Would happily recommend Jeremy and his team.”

“In addition to his exceptional service, Harrisons' Russ Flatt has been incredibly creative. I was worried, but I wanted lino with a black and white tile design. Russ proposed that we lay the lino diagonally in the conservatory after showing me a photo. A bit more product would be needed for this, and it was a challenging process that needed close attention to detail. The final product is visually stunning, from a very satisfied client.”

“I tried to match some wooden flooring for an office we converted to a pantry. Harrison’s had some vinyl planks that look just like floor boards. The whole process from the quote to the installation was seamless and we are very happy with the results. Jeremy was excellent with helping me choose what would work for us and the installer Dane did an exceptional job. All in all I would highly recommend this company.”
