“Jeremy from Rodney was amazing to deal with. The main reason we went with Harrisons was because of the confidence he gave us when changing to laminate flooring. He went the extra mile sourcing like for like product, and we appreciated that. Jeremy was very easy to deal with and addressed all concerns and queries professionally. Timing was perfect-everything happened as and when expected. Thumbs up to John the installer too. He was lovely and did a fantastic job preparing and laying the floors which look amazing! Thank you team.”

“Awesome service from start to finish! Victoria really cares and is a true professional. The carpet layers were so friendly and efficient. Even joins can’t be seen not like a rival company I used in the past in kenepuru! I am very happy to recommend Harrisons to anyone wanting flooring done well.”

“we had carpet replaced with hard flooring vaitality style Jeremy come and gave us a quote we wore happy with the team did a great job with installation they very clean and tidy we paid for furniture to be moved we didn't have to do anything which was great the flooring is scratch proof so perfect for dogs our French bulldog loves the new floor thank you Jeremy and Wendy and the team we would highly recommend”

“We are very pleased with the job that Tom and Clayton have done for us, thank you. They are very friendly pair to have around. We found the communication with Kay to be great. We are very happy with the new laminate she suggested and that they were also able to lift and relay our existing carpet for us. Harrison were able to fit in exactly with our schedule which was excellent. We would definitely recommend Harrison’s Bay of Islands.”

“Module0 Vynl Flooring On July 26, 2023, Harrison's Flooring laid Module0 Vynl Flooring in our home. When finished, it looked good, no gaps or visible joins were apparent. It added value to the house. 12 months on, and we are ashamed of the floor. Each plank is marked by the joins as the planks have shrunk, and dirt has got into the seams. We are only 2 people living here, and we are both retired so there is not a lot of dirt being tracked through. The floor is regularly washed with warm, soapy water as per the instructions. We would highly recommend that no one uses this product due to poor performance, and the fact that is also a very cold flooring. Now, anyone buying the house would deduct from the price to refloor the kitchen area. So much for added value.”

“Harrisons provided (supply and install) carpet tiles in one 50m2 room and carpet in an adjacent 50m2 room. The price was great. They did an excellent job and readily complied with out scheduling requirements. Jeremy Wooller was the on site contact and was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Office administrator, Wendy, coordinated the project very well. Highly recommended.”

“I hate my carpet everyday. Massive join in middle of lounge. Harrisons said nothing could be done. I wish I had not gone with Harrisons. I have sent photos previously. I know this review will be deleted and nobody will come and look at it. I am so embarrassed when visitors come”

Hi Gay, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you are still not happy with the join in your carpet. I know that we have sent out our experts and they have redone the join for you. In rooms that have a lot of light, it is very common for joins in wool carpet to be visible. It is less forgiving than solution dyed nylon. “Our first time to put carpets in and Jeremy was amazing. He was very helpful, patient and friendly, and gave us a fantastic price within our budget. He got the job loaded within 2 weeks and all was done within a day and a half - and a day earlier than expected! I will definitely use him again and recommend you call him for a quote.”

“Amy from Harrisons was such a pleasure to work with. Having worked with a previous company and then switch to Harrisons there was such a big difference in customer service. Amy fitted us in on her Saturday and made the process a lot less stressful and did her upmost to ensure we were happy. Her friendly clear communication was a delight to work with! “I went to 3 different companies, before Harrisons The first one was over a hour late for quote didn't have a pen or tape measure and was not even in company uniform, i never received a quote. Second company verbally bagged others over the phone and gave me a quote without visiting the property. Then i remembered Harrisons! from start to finish flawless! Nathan and his team are awesome, it was only a small job but they really looked after us. Thank you! sloane”
