“From start to finish Dan from North Waikato was amazing. Listened to what I wanted to achieve and understood my allergies, so only had wool carpets to show me. Install was earlier than planned and professionally done. Highly recommend. Thanks Dan and your team”

“Actually had our Silk Road SDN (Nylon) carpet installed early 2019…. The layers did fine. The regret is that it keeps shedding ! Because it’s not woven but is glued, and assume this will continue forever! We told to snip these single bits of tufts to level of pile, and not pull them out! Be great if we reach a point where they stay glued! Have to vacuum in one direction which is time consuming and a frustration (a lesson learned). It’s also very drying on skin (bare feet) and would not choose this sort again. Not as brilliant as we’d hoped. A lovely feel, but combo or all wool if there is a next time for us!”

“Carpet feel, look & quality is great. Installer was grumpy even hostile - I was feeling uncomfortable in my own home. Left a mess, hallway door unhinged. Nails to hold carpet down are sticking through on edges, spiked my fingers several times. Cherry-sized, hard lumps underneath carpet in odd places. Approached sales lady for help 7 weeks ago - still nothing. Very disappointed 😕”

“It was great to have a knowledgeable consultant come out to have a look at the colour scheme of the house and offer advice of the type and colour of the carpet for the house as there were lots of possible options as to the type and colour of carpet. Great service by the team.”
