“From the first contact to completion of the installation of our carpet and vinyl, and thje follow up after the job was done, the service was absolutely first rate from Victoria and the whole team. The installers were a pleasure to work with and did an incredible job. Service of this calibre is often hard to find today, and we would not hesitate to use Harrisons Flooring again, and highly recommend them to any future customers - you will simply be amazed how easy the process is at every step.”

“Had to wait for nine months and change my choice three times because my choice was unavailable after waiting for three months each time, then the vinyl had a manufacture fault and the carpet had to be re fitted by another workman after the job was not done properly by the first guy.”

Hi Mabel and Patrick, Thank you for taking the time to send in a review. I am sincerely sorry that there were delays with your product and that you needed to make changes to your choices. New Zealand continues to have issues Nationwide and across all industries with supply and demand. To hear that you then had to deal with a product fault and some install issues is extremely disappointing. “We had our new carpet layed this week and are so happy with the end result. Victoria was so thorough with the derails of the quote and choosing the carpet and underlay...The contractor Lance was here the day the carpet was booked in to do and uplifted the old ..made a perfect job of laying the new..and cleaned up after him to. Victoria followed up to see the completed job and made it easy to pay the final amount..Good on you Harrisons team.....and a surprise gift at the end too? !!!thankyou.”
