“I first contacted Miles @ Harrisons, Palmerston North in July 2021. After confirming what I wanted I paid the deposit and booked a date. Unfortunately due to ongoing problems over the following months. the builder was fired and I was then in a situation where I needed to save again to have the work redone and completed by another builder. I kept Miles in the loop re where I was at over those 2 years and he couldn't have been more understanding of the situation. The vinyl has finally been laid (which he held in storage for me over this time) and looks great. I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, and patience :)”

“We have completed a number of carpet projects(domestic & commercial) by Harrisons over many years. Being very satisfied repeat customers says it all in terms of their professionalism, reliability and quality workmanship etc.. Justin & Megan in the Southland region are an obliging couple offering the ultimate customer service, so we have no hesitation granting them a 5star recommendation.”

“Tim, Tina and Andrew responded very quickly to our call for help to enable us to move into our new dwelling in record time when they were all extremely busy already. They all went above and beyond their call to duty and provided us with exceptional service. We have dealt with them on several occasions in the past and have always found them to be the same. Absolutely wonderful. We are extremely grateful.”

“Carpet installation was fine but would not fully recommend our Whanganui consultant. She only showed us 3 carpet colour options and did not have much contact at all throughout the entire experience except the day before installation, but then asked us to investigate when payment hadn't been made a few days after. Felt a bit rude to be honest. Wish I'd seen more colour options and got to actually feel the different underlays options but wasn't offered any of that. Not hugely impressed. -”

“Extremely happy with the purchase of carpet from this company. From the initial personable contact to the prompt first home visit with samples, followed by several “ no problem” revisits and with the great advice provided by Brendan, I was left feeling confident and happy with my colour choice. I was kept fully informed of installation dates and useful information was provided. I could not be more pleased with the finished results and it is everything I had hoped for and was promised it would be!”
