“Extremely poor customer service. We had finance approved but a hold up with our cards being sent out. I emailed & phoned regarding this & asked for a phone call or email reply - absolutely no reply. You lost our sale Harrison’s due to terrible customer service!!! We now have lovely new carpet thanks to one of your competitors who far exceeded any service you gave us!!!”

“Right from the star the service was good from the day we meet Hayden to chose the carpet and get the quote . right though to the day of the carpet laying could not fault anything .. Would recomend the serve of Harrisons for sure John”

“Communication from the initial point of contact was excellent. It was great having the carpet samples in my home so that I could see how they would work in the different light and I appreciated the advice given as I made my selection. I love my new carpet and highly recommend Harrisons Carpet.”
