“Overall we are very happy with the Lafayette Carpet we chose, it is so soft to walk on and it looks great. Also the Vynil Planking has made a great difference to our kitchen and also looks great. Harrisons provide a great service and good to deal with.”

“Really disappointed, the carpet is not what we expected. we were asked if we had pets... we told them we did. You would think they would take this into consideration when they offer you samples. The carpet we have, shows every bit of pet hair, every bit of dirt. The sales man was pushy, and would not allow us to keep a sample here overnight "I have to show it to the next home"... um, other companies allow you to do that. He just wanted a quick sale. I would not recommend this to other people. disappointed.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Was sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product or service. We don't tend to leave samples as being a mobile service we do need to take the samples to the following appointments. I do understand that this can be frustrating however.
