“We we’re thrilled to get the garage carpet laid within a week of contacting Harrison’s. We had a lot of questions to ask them before going ahead with the job, and although we missed them when they called around to quote, they promptly answered all of our questions when we called. We’re quite fussy (to say the least), but can honestly say we couldn’t fault the carpet laying. Thanks Harrison’s!”

“Our franchisee was very friendly and informative especially in initial stages of engagement. There were a few questions, queries that I had where I had to follow up after the initial contact as I had not heard back with an answer or solution. A couple of times I had to remind him of what the initial questions/query was. The installers were lovely but in the second property that we re-carpeted and vinyled did not think to ask questions, in one of our rooms and they have laid the vinyl incorrectly. The cost of getting this fixed has now been passed back to us to remedy. A little commonsense and initiative would have been gone a very long way here and has left us in the lurch as we can not have this fixed anytime soon! I love the flooring that has been laid in our house but was also slightly overcharged, I have had to query this twice now.”

“I specified NZ wool carpet, and that is what I was shown and what I got! Very pleased with it. I specified 'no vinyl' (oil derivative), and found wood laminate. It looks lovely and to walk on it, feels so good!”

“Kia ora, A 3peat! Another stellar job completed by Lawrence & team at Harrisons Rotorua. Communication, delivery & completion of work done efficiently & to a high standard. Service 2nd to none. Needless to say when you have work handled & carried out in such a manner you get repeat business. “Susie came highly recommend through friends and neighbours, and she was great. Right from the start of the process Susie was informative and professional and nice to deal with. What I particularly liked about her was that she provided information about the carpet, the installation process and the care process once the carpet is installed, and highlighted areas of importance. Susie was also great at helping us choose the right colour and type of carpet. Susie arranged Jarrod and his team (Grant and Andy) to install our carpet, we found them friendly and professional. What we really liked is not only did they do an amazing job in installing the carpet but also they respected our home which great. I would thoroughly recommended Susie and her team. Many thanks for a great job”

“Steve at Harrisons was fantastic. He made the whole process easy and stress free. He made himself available for any questions and hooked us up with the layer Corey before the install date. Corey and his colleague were the utmost professionals, communicating what the approach was and assisting with moving some appliances back in place.”
