“Got there in the end, long wait for carpet to arrive in country, when initially told it was available in country. Happy with the product but laying of carpet was a uncomfortable experience with laying team swearing and complaining. Then laid stairs crooked, came back to lay again, still not 100% with carpet puckered on stairs but prepared to live with it”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I was sorry to hear that there were some delayed time frames with getting the product into New Zealand. I sincerely apologise for the bad language used at your home and that you felt uncomfortable in this situation. This behaviour is not acceptable and I will be following up with the installers who did this job. I will also ask the Business Owner to contact you to come and view the stairs also, if further work needs to be done we can arrange to have other installers come in. Kind regards, Customer Care

“Absolutely fabulous service from Dave and installation by Dane. Nothing was too much trouble and their advice was so appreciated. My new flooring is awesome. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again real soon for more flooring projects.”

“We live in Invercarcargill and had the whole house carpeted over 2 days. It was very professional from start to finish. The guys who laid it were very polite and professional, an amazing job well done. Our home simply looks great and we highly recommend them”

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE from Chris and his van with samples and giving me a quote on the spot (something Carpet Court took more than a week to do), Lucy in admin with her prompt responses to my emails and the guys installing the carpet, friendly, helpful and respectful. I love my carpet, it is everything Chris said it would be!!! Harrison's price was better than Carpet Court and they could install it about 6 weeks earlier than Carpet Court as well. I have already recommended Harrison's to friends. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!”
