“Call back was prompt but the caller had hung up on me prior to this and the first thing they said was that their "products would not be installed until the New Year". Will go elsewhere and hopefully have a more polite experience.”

“Brenda has no customer politeness she ignores texts emails & phones calls when the customer wants to know why the products take twice as long as she promised Most professional people know to send a quick text or a phone call to apologise for any delay out of their control It would have made all the difference - we felt ignored after she got our deposit & order”
