Was told they would arrive at a curtian day arrive a few weeks later curtians great but not service sorry

Lack of honesty around expectations and very poor communication. Would not use them again or recommend them.

Disappointed with both the product and the service. Blinds have started to break within just a few months of purchase, and customer service is lacking.

Terrible service, blinds not installed as installer refused to install blinds into steal plate. Had to arrange install ourselves to then receive full invoice. Would not use again nor recommend them to others.

Bought customised curtains from Harrisons 2020 september .. Noted has shading from sun now and it is very noticeable.. When contacted harrisons received reply is that is normal in nz .. Is wondering why to spend so much money on curtains if it is going to have shade in less than 2 years time ..

Would give zero stars if I could. Our consultant (Mel McHardy from Auckland area) blatantly lied to us about using a new workshop and being happy with the quality of their work. Put in the email with our quote that curtains would be ready in 5-6 weeks with this workshop (yes, I have that in writing). We had other quotes that were much cheaper but meant that we would have to wait months for new curtains so we elected to go with Harrisons. After 6 weeks sent a follow up email asking for an update on our curtains only to be told "oh sorry, meant to tell you - actually Harrisons had said 'under no circumstances' could this other workshop be used" so our curtains were going to take an additional two months! This was the first we were told about this and when I indicated that we were unhappy with that outcome have been met with complete radio silence. Appalling outcome - salesperson clearly lied to get our money and subsequent to that there has been absolutely no follow-up customer service whatsoever. Completely ruined any joy we had in moving into our first home. Avoid this company like the plague.

Hi we were not happy with our experience. Incorrect colour rails were supplied, the wrong size roller blind was supplied. Communication was poor.

Had a pointment at 10am today sales Person ring at 9.12 to say she's not coming out because you don't have windows in I say you can price from my plans. I have just wasted my morning. I thought surport the business in your home town. Not happy

On the 26th July 2021 I was told by the Manawatu consultant that she would be in touch later to re-schedule our appointment, now 7 week later we haven't heard back to, POOR SERVICE. We used another company and very happy with the service and product.

Called Harrison s a few months ago to lay carpet in our house..only to be told that they don't service Taihape. Seeiously , we are only an hour from Palmerston North.. so we have gone with carpet court in Fielding. Quite was given with in a week. Great service. Please don't email me again. Alison Burd

Everything was great until I let them know the blinds do not stop the sun as requested. They had my money and no interest in coming back to resolve. Be careful as the guarantee to fix mistakes at their cost is not accurate

The Carpet Franchise in our area was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend and have done on a number of times. Your Curtain Franchise was the unprofessional team I have ever had the misfortune to encounter as a paying customer

Poor making there are puckered seams, curtains pop off tracks continually. If the fabric is difficult to make look good then why sell it? Took a year with the curtains going back to manufacturers they came back just slightly improved but still unacceptable. Terrible quality, no discount offered due to the substandard product. Saving up for new curtains will be going to a competitor.

Measured incorrectly,way too long,had to be shortened. Both windows done as one curtain not two.Had to be remade. Measurements taken for another room and never bothered to quote,even after I reminded them.

This was a very unsatisfactory experience. We ordered blinds, that had to be made and shipped. we waited until long after the due date to follow up (trying to be mindful of the impact of lock-down). After weeks of leaving messages, calls and emails with NO RESPONSE from the manager, we were finally informed that our order had not been sent. More than 6 months later, we have our blinds installed. It was an expensive and frustrating experience.
