“We had a seamless (pun definitely intended!) and unfailingly pleasant experience while purchasing window coverings for our new house from Paula Youds (including a semi tricky ceiling mounted curtain). From our first phone conversation through to quote, installation, and resolving a minor manufacturing issue with one of the blinds, Paula's communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in the market for curtains and blinds.”

“Paula Youds is a consummate Professional. She offers warm, honest direction and helped us choose the most beautiful fabric, bumph and linings. She guided us through the process with fantastic communication and really good advice about puddling, rod width and track placement. I had no idea when thought “ let’s get curtains”, how many decisions needed to be made but she talked me through it all. I cannot recommend her services highly enough, this is our second project home working with her and her track man Aaron is a star. What a great team. Thank you both”

“We started our renovations back in 2023, one of the commitments made was to use local brands, as much as we could includnging our window treatments. Unfortunately, the local company we chose were both poor in service and priced at an unbelieveable level. The costs were so expensive, I'd got the point I was taking off the backings of my drapes to save $$ My cousin recommended I give Sylvia and her team a call. Best phone call I ever made!! Sylvia has an amazing presence and was very respectful of what I wanted to achieve. The measure, material selection and style costs were well priced. The service from Sylvia, Ruhan and the amazing ladies who made my drapes - was impeccable. They helped us turn our home into a beautiful, modern and serene sanctuary. My husband and I are ever grateful and highly recommend this team as a Hutt Valley 'gotta have'. Thanks once again Sylvia & team x”
