“We started our renovations back in 2023, one of the commitments made was to use local brands, as much as we could includnging our window treatments. Unfortunately, the local company we chose were both poor in service and priced at an unbelieveable level. The costs were so expensive, I'd got the point I was taking off the backings of my drapes to save $$ My cousin recommended I give Sylvia and her team a call. Best phone call I ever made!! Sylvia has an amazing presence and was very respectful of what I wanted to achieve. The measure, material selection and style costs were well priced. The service from Sylvia, Ruhan and the amazing ladies who made my drapes - was impeccable. They helped us turn our home into a beautiful, modern and serene sanctuary. My husband and I are ever grateful and highly recommend this team as a Hutt Valley 'gotta have'. Thanks once again Sylvia & team x”

“Very upset with the service I received when bringing up an issue. Upon installation, unknown black tar like substance was on the outside of the curtain packaging, my daughter had found this and put it in her month and on my freshly installed carpets. The installer had noticed this and tried to help, unfortunately what had happened, happened and when I brought this up to harrisons curtains and blinds, all I got was an apology and "what would you like us to do?" They feel no compensation is needed as I was able to get the staining out of my carpet after alot of time and scrubbing, not to mention an unknown substance was in my daughter's mouth which was brought into my house by this company.”

Hi Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience. The business owner did offer to get a carpet cleaner in but you assured her that the mark was removed. We were concerned for your daughter but you also assured her that your daughter was fine. “We received excellent service from Harrisons Curtains and Blinds. The initial consultaion was so helpful with great ideas and suggestions. Communications was very good throughout the process and installations of our curtains, blinds and shutters was done with care and precision. Everyone we dealt with at Harrisons was knowledgeable and professional. I would certaily recommend Harrisons!”
