Paula from Harrisons has been really friendly and accomodating of our needs. She has worked with us and our clients to achieve a quality yet affordable curtain and blind package. There have been a few mistakes along the way (measurements and administrative) but these have all been sorted out quickly. The finished quality is good.

Two years out, the hem linings on sheer curtains need to be redone, poor workmanship. The motorised system for roller blind, needs to be charged continuously, and cannot be easily reached. Only lasted 1 year. Was not surplied with charger on installation. Would not recommend harrisons curtains at all.

Paula was very friendly and had great ideas and solutions for my home. However we definitely had issues with her administration staff, payment was processed incorrectly and took weeks to sort and even though I asked multiple times our flybuys were never applied to the purchase. Curtains took a little longer than expected however we are very happy with the end result. I would recommend based off curtain / blind quality and price however the overall service experience does need some improvement.

Sorry, but no response to my request for a curtain call over a week ago , means loss if a customer and no business for you. I have gone elsewhere where the actually follow through with a promised callback.

Christina from Harrisons in North Canterbury provided such great service and advice for us when we were looking for curtains and blinds for our new build. We were pleased with the communication, service, price and importantly now we are in the house the beautiful curtains and blinds we have. Christina was really great at finding solutions for us too.

While looking into getting drapes for our new build we stumbled across alot of unhelpful people who had quoted us high and wernt very knowledgeable so it was creating delays and unnecessary stress. I asked around and a name that had cropped up was Christina Gardner in rangiora. I gave her a message and she came out promptly with no hassels around communication or efficiency 😊 what a wonderful experience. I knew nothing at all about colours, different curtains and blinds and Christina gave me very valuable advice of what she recommended for our house. I trusted her and I was so thrilled to see the result. She was in contact with me every step of the way and even contacted me after installation to see if I was happy. I was shocked at how reasonably priced the drapes were and how quick and stress free the whole thing was. Really really appreciate Christina. I will definitely be going with her service and company next time round!

I had curtains, blinds and shutters installed in my house in Pegasus while living up North. I dealt with Christina remotely and I’m so glad I trusted her advice and suggestions - everything looks amazing

Christina Gardner, Rangiora, was fabulous. She knew exactly what we were after and helped us make the best decision, she was very knowledgeable about all the styles and products and kept to our price bracket. The curtains were beautifully made and of a very high standard. Absolutely thrilled with the service and results ! 😁

Found the wires of communication had crossed. Harrison curtains and blinds didn't receive my email of my complaint. The age of technology. Sometimes it's a good thing and sometimes it's not such a good thing. Harrison's curtains and blinds came to my aid immediately and is now solving my problem with my blinds. A job well done Harrison's curtains and blinds.

I'm not happy with the after care. It seems that you pay your money and that's it. A wrong sized blind had been ordered for a window. It was taken back and the installer had it cut down. I wasn't asked if I wanted it cut down or a new blind. I don't blame the installer as this was a way of cutting his cost. Shortly after this I had trouble with the same blind with the cord. I texted Harrison's curtains and no reply, I emailed Harrison's curtains and no reply. You ghosted me. Extremely poor service. Consumer Institute says that you are supposed to remedy it with me but no signs of that as you haven't bothered to come and have a look. Maybe you need to take example from your sister shop Harrison's carpets as they were kind and impeccable and any faults they repaired. Would not recommend Harrison curtains to any of my friends or family.

Buying curtains for a new home can be daunting, but the team from Harrisons has made it so much easier. Sandi was very patient in showing us sample curtains and blinds of different colours and materials, suggesting once in a while what goes with which room but would advise that at the end of the day it’ll be our choice as this is our home. She also catered the quote to our budget, suggesting where we can save or what we can let go of, without sacrificing quality and purpose. I requested for a quote from 3 different companies and chose Harrisons as they gave the best options, price, aesthetics and purpose-wise. Also appreciate the option of paying the 50% balance in staggard payments with no interest so it’s not too damaging to the cash flow - Suzanne was very helpful in this aspect. Overall, we’ve talked to so many people in this house buying journey and Sandi and Suzanne are the best we’ve talked and worked with. Highly recommended.
