“After some issues and an initially negative review Harrison’s went out of their way to send someone out and remedy the situation. A+ customer service. The blinds are once again as good as new. Thank you”

“The franchisee ,Toni that I dealt with was very professional, helpful with options and suitability of curtains and blinds for my villa, and very pleasant to deal with. I was glad to have temporary drapes installed for privacy while waiting for my order to arrive. The installers also did a very professional job with a very satisfactory result. Thank you to Harrisons, I will certainly recommend your products and services to anyone I know considering new curtains and blinds.”

“Very happy with our blinds and curtains, thank you so much Christina. We live in Woodend and Christina was so helpful with choosing, it was easy. Blinds and sheers were installed in the time frame we were given, and Ben was excellent with installing them. Definitely recommend.”

“Curtains firstly were incorrect. Completely different curtains put up and we didn't notice until the installers left were busy at the time. A bit difficult to communicate this to the provider who communicated by saying 'were they hung the wrong side' 😂😂😂. Then when they were remade and hung - too short! light can be seen coming out of bottom of curtains/. We were told when it was reviewed the installer would come and fix by lowering curtains but that was months ago so obviously not happening. Never again will we get Harrison's. If you look at curtain length trends they sit well on the floor which adds to their elegance and that is what we expected. We paid a lot of money for curtains we are not happy with.”

“Had Donna Brown come to our home, she was great helped us pick new curtains for two rooms. Lots of good advice and plenty of colours and fabric to select from. She was very quick to email us with her pricing. We gave her the green light and curtains where installed within 6 wks. I held the install up as I was away for over a week . Barry contacted me and was there on time the following day installing our new curtains. Big job as they were very large windows. Big thank you to Donna,Barry and the curtain makers. Love our new look curtains and the great discounts we got . That completes our home make over with carpet, linoleum and curtains all from Harrisons. Big thank you Lynn and Stu”

“After taking over three months to install after an initial promise of three weeks blinds began falling apart within a week. Asked Harrison’s to fix but not covered by warranty apparently. Cut to nine months later and the very expensive blinds are unusable.”

“I have used Harrisons before excellent service on the Wairarapa. I have moved house so made an appointment for a measure and quote..half an hour before tge appointment I get a call to sat running late shoukd be tgere in half an hour..I said that's the latest you can get here (I had arranged my daycare under this appointment so I could be home) another call 20 mins later still with another client 30.mins drive away so not going yo.make appointment..Wants to reschedule . No this is do unprofessional so why woukd I want to deal with this company. It's curtain appointments dhoukdnt be hard to get your day planned properly. Many Manymore companies out there to use.”

“Would I recommend Harrisons - Definitely not. Would I use Harrisons again - Absolutely not. Full House of curtains & venetian blinds installed 20 Dec 2022. Curtains were to long and some blinds to short 20 mill off the sill, blinds not good quality with bowing slats. Even thou many emails were sent, there was next to no communication from the business owner herself. Curtains were collected for re-hemming and I was told they would be returned by the end of the week, almost 3 weeks later I received the curtains back. The business owner came up with a quick fix to remedy the blind issue, by lowering the blinds from the top & putting up a fatter fascia. I later decided not to go with this idea and had lost the will to deal with Harrisons any further. Against legal advice I paid the outstanding invoice. Customer Care - you have the full story, an email was sent to you 27 March 2023.”

“Paula is fantastic to work with! We have used her for several new-build projects and the curtains and blinds have always arrived on time, and are a great quality product. She is able to offer design guidance, and support to ensure we are making the best choices that meet our needs. “My Husband and I are so happy with our freshly installed curtains. Thanks to Nicole (Auckland), every detail that we discussed were fulfilled, perfect! Onie the installer(if I got his name correct) was very prompt and nice. Installation was smooth and beautifully done. Strongly recommended! Thank you so much!!!”

“We are one happy customer, after working with Paula from Christchurch. She met our style, needs and requirements in a satisfactory manner. We advised her we were shift workers and she fulfilled what were were looking for in our bedrooms, while being able to still enjoy the natural light. When we faced setbacks she was patient and worked with us. If I was to do it again, I would still choose Paula.”

“Paula Youds was recommended to us by friends, and did not disappoint. Its been a pleasure to welcome Paula to our home twice now for new curtains, sunscreens and thermacell's for our renovation/extension. Paula's knowledge, expertise and communication around delivery and install is on point - the colours, fabrics and finish are perfect. Nothing was a problem at all. We are looking to utilise Paula's expertise again in our rental property. Many thanks Paula and Harrisons.”

“Nicole with Harrisons Curtains and Blinds South Auckland is amazing to work with. She is so friendly it feels like working with a friend. She is so knowledgeable and really helped me come up with the best solution. Her installer and assistant were the cherries on top, they kept me informed the whole way and were super responsive when I had a minor issue post install. I've already referred one friend her way and wouldn't hesitate to sing her praises to anyone looking for window treatments.”

“I cannot recommend Harrison’s Curtains and Blinds enough!! Christina from Rangiora was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy and understood exactly what we wanted for our home. Picking our curtains and blinds was something that I definitely needed help with as I wasn’t sure what style or colour to go with but Christina made it a breeze. They’re now installed and look amazing. Thanks so much for the easy, quick and incredible service 🥰”

“We went with Paula Youds for all our blinds and curtains in our new build. Paula visited before completion and measured all. She gave us a timeline to ensure we had them ready for completion. We had the shutters in our front lounge which are amazing and the best decision, so easy to clean. Curtains and blinds to the rest of the house and excellent discussion on which fabric was right for us. I can highly recommend Paula.”
