“Great if you just want a boiler plate offering straight out of a catalogue, but you don't get to talk to the tech guys/installers until install day. As our install occurred in autumn, we've only now discovered that our panels are not oriented for optimal harnessing of the sun. By 3 pm our generation is diminished dramatically”

Their install team were really professional and efficient and did a great job. I honestly can't find fault with anything. “The installer of the solar panel inverter managed to damage my office ceiling alongside where they had been working on the install. Insurance sorted it out but left me with a $500 insurance excess to pay as the installer claimed it had been like that previously (rubbish). Disappointing. Andrew from Harrison's Wellington otherwise good to deal with.”

“We believe the products will be of a good standard as we have had solar installed by Harrison's in a different area and are pleased with the installation of our current solar panels. However the service and communication from the Harrison's representatives has been very poor and we would not be keen to deal with them again.”
