I phoned months ago to say the I-vent system we had installed was still leaving condensation on the windows on cold mornings and was told that they would get someone to come and adjust it for us. We even had a small amount of condensation last week. Nobody has ever been or called. We had another company come and tell us it is because we should have two motors and more outlets in the size our house is.

We have had no contact from your agent since we paid the deposit on the 03/08/17, we have had the installers come round and install the wiring and inverter 30/09/17 and have had the solar panels brought around when they we suppose to fit they found they had the wrong brackets 04/10/17 and we have had no further contact since. Unsure as to what is supposed to be the normal installation time but I think if memory serves me correct it was suggested 4 - 6 weeks from payment of deposit and now we are sitting around 10 weeks.

Very easy to deal with and most of all absolutely no pressure from the sales man.

Panels not aligned as expected, very poor after sales service, if fact still waiting for it to happen I guess I will have to contact the salesperson again. Not impressed will not be recommending to anyone.

The installation crew were a good bunch of guys. Jacob was very helpful under difficult circumstances with a broken ankle. The price was very competitive.

Had to continually chase them to get the install done. then chase them some more to get the meter changed. Useless. Have not heard from them since, so much for the follow up we were promised. No such thing as customer service.

The team from Harrisons Wellington were the most professional team that I've dealt with in a very long time. Owner & Director Daryl Zuppicich was so helpful to our needs that it made the whole experience a piece of cake. Daryl went over and above to help us with both the install of the I-vent system into our kitchen and then the install of the underfloor insulation. His team are a credit to them self and to Harrisons. They were so friendly and helpful. At the time of the work we had a newborn baby in the house and they worked around her sleeping times and when they couldn't you wouldn't have known they were even there. I would have know hesitation in recommending Daryl and his friendly team to anyone wanting and work done. We would like to say a big thank you again for all the help that you gave us.

We found Nerum very open and he explained our options fully. From the time we decided to go ahead with the installation, all we had to do was change our power supplier to one who buys back excess solar energy - Nerum did all the rest. We are very happy with the whole transaction and are looking forward to receiving our first (smaller) power bill. Thanks Nerum.

It is difficult to give a rating when I believe our review is based on two different aspects. Firstly, the customer service we received from Andy in Nelson was great. We had many issues with the set up of the solar due to different factors, however he was patient and persevered until solutions were found, responding quickly and checking in regularly. Unfortunately one of the issues we have had with the solar, is the actual lack of savings we have made, even though we have a ralatively powerful set-up on our roof. Had we realised that the savings would be as minimal as they are during the winter months, we would have thought twice about it. We are still hoping for signifiicant improvement in Summer. Because of the ongoing issues we were having, we were encouraged to seek a second opinion from another solar provider. We were incredibly disappointed to discover we paid $4000 more for our solar than what another company were offering for the exact same product. Politely put, we paid for a brand. In saying that, it has been a steep learning curve for us, a reminder of how important it is to get more than one quote. Regarding the ventilation system we had installed, we could not be happier. Our home is warmer, dryer, has eliminated all window condensation, and generally feels fresher.

The salesperson was very helpful but since the installation has been no follow up which is particularly poor seeing as there was quite a large muck up.

CONSULTATION EXCELLENT, INSTALL TEAM EXCELLENT, RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS SLOW, HARDWARE PROBLEMS NOW FIXED, SOFTWARE ISSUES STILL NOT COMPLETELY FIXED. HMMM, WONDERING IF YOU ARE EVER GOING TO FINISH THIS PROJECT PROPERLY?

Installed without to many problems. Tony got a speeding ticket trying to get my wifi number for installers when it was not necessary as already organised! Then waited around for alleged inspector who it appeared was not necessary. Otherwise all going well

Because of Trish I went through with Harrison's as a company. She sorted out the problems and lack of communication that I felt with Yonita. I was about to walk and go to a different company. The insulation guys came later than expected on the day but they appeared to do a good job I haven't climbed under the house to check the corners yet. They were pleasant young men. I feel I have noticed a change in the house and it seems to keep its warmth over night better. So thank you for that.

We have found Andrew & Blake at Harrisons to be extremely efficient with quoting (giving us several option) and helpful with completing the paper work. They installed the solar panels and electrical work in a morning and had already organised for the meter to be changed over so this was done within a few days of the job completion also. We would certainly recommend them as they were not pushy and allowed us to make up our own mind. We are looking forward to our reduced power account and may one day go off the grid.
