Customer service, installation, and product quality are very good. The information provided on how much energy will be produced and how much one can save on energy bills is inadequate. We got the biggest system offered, only to find that we will only save one third of our monthly energy bill. Disappointing.

Great customer service from Dan Brebner & both the heat pump & insulation installation staff were great too. Having these has made a very long & wet winter warm & cosy!!

Harrisons Energy Solutions were fast, efficient, down to earth and honest. They didn't try to up sell the give us what was appropriate for our needs.

We found Harrison Energy Solutions to be excellent people to deal with. We had 16 solar panels fitted and have halved our power bill, also we have the added bonus of selling our surplus power back to the national grid. Lance & Karen O'ROURKE Pleasant Point

Everything has been so easy. The install was text book, all done in a day by a friendly, professional team. To soon to say what we have saved so far but we have made heaps of power according to the app, which by the way, is a great way to see what you are making. Any questions we have had have been answered straight away. The one issue, which is a small thing, is that you cannot tell from the inverter whether you are using generated power or grid power. Apart from that we are happy with everything.

"Poor communication. Wasn't told about additional fees from power provider, haven't received invoice confirming what was installed. Still waiting for confirmation job is finished and final paperwork but they took payment from my Q Card back on 11 Sept. Invoice doesn't match payment to Harrison's on my Q Card statement. Sorry but I expected more from a franchise like Harrison's

plenty of easy to understand information regarding Solar. Contractors explained everything in easy to understand language. When we had an issue they were quick to fix it with no fuss. i do have a current issue that has not been fixed though apparently is easy for me to fix. We had to get a new modem for our internet and Conan sent me a u-tube video to fix, however the video did not match up with my pc system and I have requested a relevant video/info however to date has not been forthcoming. I need to change in the Datamaster, it won't let me into the datamaster on the relevant site. I have worked out the inverter side correctly (even tho different to the video instructions) I wonder if I am not actually the 'manager' able to change these details as When I try to change anything It tells me I am not eligible to do so. both Gecko and Conan/Harrisons are listed alongside myself as 'managers' or maybe I am just not tech enough, lol. Thank you

The installation was in my rental properties and when I asked the tenants they seemed quite happy with it.

Hi i brought a ventilation system to take the condensation away which it does but I'm unhappy about it makes my whole house colder as i didn't think it would due to the ventilation systems are advertised to make your house warmer & dryer so to me it only does half the job its suppose to.Also it is quite expensive to run which i wouldn't mind if it wasn't making my house colder.

Very efficient in both sorting out a price and installation date. The installers were excellent in and out in under 2 hours and no mess whatsoever.
