“I have used Hattons for my diecast model buses a number of years and they supply a very efficient service. I normally use the 2 day tracking service from the Post Office and I have never had any problems. I would recommend Hattons for the many items they supply on costs and customer care. V.Bell”

“I ordered 5 EFE model pre-owned buses, (scale 1:76) , 1 new Bachman coach and a pre - owned Bachman 56XX 00 gauge steam locomotive on 14th September 2017. Within minutes i received confirmation that my order had been received and processed. Updates were received and details when order had been despatched. Email then received giving delivery date and time. My parcel arrived right on time. My pre-owned items were advertised "As New". They were superb. The service was excellent, and I am already planning my next order.”

“2 00 gauge coaches ordered on Wed 6th Sept. arrived early morning Friday 8th Sept. Items extremely well packed for posting. Well pleased with items. Have used Hattons for a number of years now. Cannot fault them for very prompt excellent service.”

“""I ordered a 14XX loco on a Thursday, requesting the fitting of a DCC chip. Monday was a bank holiday in UK, August bank holiday, and I received delivery on Tuesday, normal mail. I live in Donegal, the extreme north west of the Irish Republic. You cannot get a better service than that. The loco ran perfectly. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Well done Hattons.”

“Very helpful, very knowledgeable and a wide range of stock which includes a Pre-Order facility. They will buy most railway stock and give a reasonable price for buying for cash. And they provide your cash quickly. Their despatch department does what it says it will do and use a wide range of reliable carriers including Royal Mail and Yodel. For me, their best service is Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm at £7 which is less than the PO counter price. Only problem with Royal Mail is they don't guarantee Saturday deliveries - but Yodel fill that gap but it is an "all day" delivery.”
