“On Sunday afternoon ordered 9 invoice items on-line covering 16 articles. The parcel arrived next morning by Yodel less than 24 hours after ordering. I don`t know how you manage it! Well packaged and no charge for a useful cardboard box! Not the first time I have been impressed with the speedy service. Many thanks”

“Another first class purchase from Hattons. A pre-owned Rivarossi Orient Express coach set. In very good condition and at a good price. A hard to find item. Plus the usual top notch speedy service. I am more than pleased with my purchase. New or used, I have never been disappointed with the buying experience with Hattons.”

“Sent off for 2 x Hornby 00 scale shops; prompt service - no complaints. However, the quality control seems to have slipped. The baker's shop sign was slightly angled on the fascia and the bay windows on the cobbler's ship were sloped and distorted quite noticeably. Not your fault, I know, but could you pass the word to Hornby, along with the observation that weathering is not normally blotches of the same shape and colour arranged in loose formations? Thanks. Martin Knight”

“The process of ordering online is very easy and the basic delivery service excellent. I would say however that the 'search' on the web site sometimes comes up with different items when the same search word has been put in. Not sure why. Overall very clear with good pictures of the products.”
