“The order arrived very promptly and I was updated well throughout the delivery process via text. The items were all as I had ordered. However, some looked different from the photos on the website. For example, a squishy grapes toy that was purple in the photos, but the one that arrived is actually yellow. Some other items looked shoddily made. However, the items are still quite nice and I would shop here again.”

“I have been purchasing toys etc from Hawkins Bazaar for many years now. I have always been impressed by the service and the quality of the items. Last Christmas I purchased five Christmas stocking and all the recipients loved them. There were ohh's and ahh's as they unpacked their goodies. The stockings were a big hit.”

“Hi Brought this drone a few weeks ago, I have to say its a really good starter drone. flys really well. range is about 50m it can flip 4 ways and has 3 speeds. would recommend flying in speed 1 until your use to it and if slight wind turn to speed 3 but only when confident. the camera is ok but only 2mp and seems to be zoomed it so you need to be quite far away. also NOTE you will need a 3rd party video player as it records in AVI (windows does not support this format any more) I decided to add my stamp on the drone as you can see I gave it a new lick of paint to make it stand out. the drone comes apart really easy to replace any parts. I am looking forward to putting my mark on a Hawkins helicopter next, if my wife lets me buy another toy.”

“Baught an RC Helicopter flew it for 30 seconds and it just fell out of the sky whilst being out of control. On getting to it the rear rotor was missing, couldn't see it any were. Contacted customer services and they said they would send me a new part, but there where 2 bare wires sticking out of the helicopter, so i asked what they wanted me to do with them, and they said the broken helicopter was my fault and its out of warranty. I had had it 5 mins. DISGRACEFUL support from Hawkins customer services. I sent pictures showing no damage to the helicopter. It looks like the rear rotor just flew away when i operated it. Now to end a bad story they wont reply to my e.mails. DISGRACEFUL.......”

“I bought 4 Flapping bats but was a little disappointed with them. They seemed quite expensive with the postage. The "heads/faces" fell off very quickly after one or two "flappings". This product seemed a good idea but didn't feel robust enough. The items were well packed, delivered quickly and at the time expected, I was kept well informed of the delivery details and the package was left where I requested.”
