“Disappointed. Ordered some iron supplements beginning of October & still waiting.
Emailed customer service twice & received a reply from John Antigua. The 1st email mentions coming from Gibraltar or USA, the 2nd says waiting for suppliers in USA & not to worry they will arrive.! I’m just going to write it off as a bad experience & warn people to beware!!”
“Horrible experience! Healthmonthly does not even deserve one star. It’s been 3 months since I placed an order with them for health supplements and like so many other customers- I too have not received even a part of my order. Just getting automated emails and no answer on refunds! Phone line on automated so there is no way of speaking to anyone in customer service. Total scam and I have been duped of more that £100. To everyone thinking of placing orders with them- read the reviews and Save your money! Wish we could have!”

It has been 67 days since I ordered and paid for the items, and decided to contact them again and ask for a refund. But John said that he is assured that they will arrive. Funnily, he can't provide me with a tracking number though. He must have a sixth sense, for him to be so assured!

“BEWARE - Not all the items I ordered and paid for on 18 Sept 2020 have arrived. I have been unable to phone as there's no number. I've sent 5 e-mails and just get an automated reply. The order status is listed as 'fully dispatched' but there's no tracking number. I was charged a high postage of £20. Reading reviews this seems to be a problem. No refund offered.”

This company is currently masquerading under the pretence that the current COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their supply chain. “Made a purchase on 30th August 2020. The seller constantly made excuses as to why the order has not been sent. I asked for a refund and this has been ignored. TrustPilot is full of others in the same situation. Extremely bad company, avoid like the plague!”

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES make an order from HealthMonthly.co.uk. I ordered a product on 5th September, and have not received it by 10th November, over 2 months since ordering.
Their excuse is that it has been shipped from America, and gets delayed in customs. It seems lots of customers experience delays.
I have asked for my money back twice and they will not refund the money. The product was ordered to support the run up to an operation which took place 3 weeks ago. The product is therefore of no use now. And it has not arrived anyway. Still they will not give me a refund.
It should not take over two months for a product to be received. There was no indication when ordering it that the product would take 2 months or more to arrive. The first estimated day of delivery was 6th October, and this was redesigned a new delivery date of 19th October. However, that was several weeks ago.
I have no faith in the company, and whilst they are full of excuses and platitudes, they should just give a refund and keep customers satisfied.
Do not order from this company.”
